Beautiful resort and attentive staff. Room service food needs improvement.

The units were big with jacuzzi bath.

Everything was perfect, with extremely friendly and attentive staff, met standards. The double room we stayed in was incredible with jacuzzi bath. The hotel's location was perfect and magnificent, not far from a construction zone, restaurants and the beach. We saw Delphinus Playa Mujeres, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The breakfast had a great selection of tasty food, the location was convenient with a quick walk to restaurants and bars.

I stayed here 8 nights and appreciated it.

It has exceptionally nice and beautiful rooms with jacuzzi bath, a wide balcony to feel comfortable. The location is favourable and excellent, 15 minutes' walk to Playa Mujeres Golf Club.

The staff here gave us all the info we needed, the place was spotless, and we enjoyed the luxury of a jacuzzi bath along with nice extras like a mini bar, a sofa bed, and an iron.

The rooms were big and beautiful with jacuzzi bath, you feel like home. It included climate control, a private safe, and pay television. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and particularly good, close to multiple restaurants, and a good gym, the beach and Mexico.

It's great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a jacuzzi bath and a wide balcony. the hotel's location is favorable, close to bars and restaurants as well as TRS Coral. Everyone is welcome here.
